Forum update - 23 March 2025

The forums have been updated with some new and exciting features and includes:
- ability to optionally add the flag of your country you live in*
- live chat box*
- live time clock with the ability to customise it via your profile*
- forum skin changer (can change between the modern and the default) along with customising the colours of the modern forum when you visit the forums
- larger fonts*
- embed media
- links opens in a new tab
- birthdays*
- password strength when siginging up
- private message status bar (to see how full your PM box is)*

- a ranking system has been added with railroad related ranks*
