been trying to download the CN SD75I but when I download it, it has nothing in the folder. would like to hear from you about this matter.

Hi @hjn272 ,

I've received a similar issue that you are experiencing and to be honest, I don't know what's exactly causing it but I would suggest try redownloading the CN SD75I.

It could also be possible that the file provider isn't delivering the files correctly (as they are hosted 3rd party and not directly on our web servers to keep bandwidth down)
